PMG's downtown Miami supertall has begun its ninth and final stacked cube at floor 85, nearing topping out ahead of a 2028 opening.

City of Miami permit records confirm the general contractor of record and show the full-vertical construction permit cleared on August 13, the buyout signal subcontractors need.

PMG's 100-story supertall at 300 Biscayne has slid from a 2025 target to 2026, then Q2 2028, then 2028, even as concrete work passes the 60th floor.

The small-format for-sale bet on downtown's north edge is now cleared to build.
