Foxlink Files $8.3M Phase 2.2 Buildout at Fort Worth AI Factory
The filing covers selective demolition and new construction at the AllianceTexas plant Foxlink launched in July for circuit-board assembly.
Foxlink Texas has registered an $8.3 million Phase 2.2 buildout at its AllianceTexas manufacturing site in Fort Worth, a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing shows. The project covers 46,996 sq ft of selective demolition and new construction, including interior partitions, interior finishes, exterior modifications and building systems, at 4600 Alliance Gateway Fwy in Tarrant County. The state registered the filing Oct. 13, 2026.
Why it matters
Foxlink, a Taiwan-based electronics manufacturer, launched the 4600 Alliance Gateway Fwy building in July as its first U.S. “AI Factory,” a printed circuit board assembly plant running surface mount technology and final assembly, testing and packaging lines with AI-driven robotics. The company has described the Fort Worth site as a replicable model for its global manufacturing network, and a facility running through numbered phases of construction is the clearest public signal that build-out is ongoing rather than finished. For AllianceTexas, a further registered phase from a new manufacturing tenant is an expansion marker for the industrial park.
The numbers
The TDLR record puts the Phase 2.2 scope at an estimated $8,300,000 across 46,996 sq ft, registered Oct. 13, 2026, with Foxlink Texas, Inc. listed as project owner at 4600 Alliance Gateway Fwy. The filing describes the work as selective demolition paired with new construction, covering interior partitions and finishes, exterior modifications and building systems rather than a ground-up addition. The building itself has been reported at 147,780 sq ft, with the company’s planned workforce there put at about 900 jobs at full capacity.
What’s next
A TDLR registration is a state accessibility-compliance filing, not a City of Fort Worth building permit, so it does not by itself confirm construction has started on this phase. The next record to watch is the Fort Worth building permit tied to the same address and scope, which would show whether the Phase 2.2 work is underway. Coverage of Dallas-Fort Worth’s industrial market will track the permit when it posts, along with any further numbered phases Foxlink registers at the site.
