Jet Engine Technology Corp, an FAA-certified aircraft engine repair station, paid $29.5 million for a 112,000-square-foot warehouse at 2100 NW 88th Court in Doral, buying the building next to its own headquarters so it can expand repair operations directly on top of them. Century Properties sold the property. Transwestern represented the buyer; Casal Group represented the seller.

Jet Engine Technology is not renting space and hoping to grow into it; it is buying the building outright, next door to its existing base, to lock in room for its FAA Part 145 repair certification work. The building sits on a 4.7-acre site and was constructed in 1984. The $29.5 million price on 112,000 square feet works out to roughly $263 per square foot. Century Properties bought the same building for $17.26 million in 2024, so the sale price two years later represents close to a 71 percent gain over that hold period, based on the two transaction prices reported.
