Rockefeller Center to get its first hotel in $350M plan

Aspen Hospitality will open Rockefeller Center’s first-ever hotel, a 134-key luxury property called The Nell New York at 10 Rockefeller Plaza, in a plan carrying an investment of more than $350 million and a targeted fall 2027 debut.

The project, developed with landlord Tishman Speyer, repurposes existing space inside the landmark complex rather than adding new construction. It will operate under Aspen’s new Nell Hotels brand and become New York City’s only Relais & Chateaux property.
