Two deeds, one day: a national homebuilder expands its Travis County lot pipeline.

Clayton Properties Group Inc, the homebuilder that operates in the Austin area as Brohn Homes, recorded two separate warranty deeds with the Travis County Clerk on Oct. 19, 2026, taking title to lots in two different subdivisions on the same day.

Why it matters

A homebuilder taking title to lots in two subdivisions on the same day, from the same seller family, points to a coordinated lot takedown rather than a one-off purchase. For Travis County trades, suppliers and agents, finished lots in a production builder’s hands are usually the step before home starts. The deeds do not say how many homes are planned or when construction begins.

The numbers

Instrument 2026123765, filed Oct. 19, conveys lots across four blocks (1, J, K and Q) in the Howard Lane subdivision. The grantor on that deed is Domain Timberlake Multistate LLC.

Instrument 2026123393, also filed Oct. 19, conveys two lots, Lot 7 of Block G and Lot 55 of Block K, in West Bella Fortuna Phase 3. The grantor is Domain Timberlake Multistate 2 LLC, joined on the deed by several affiliated holding entities under the same corporate family.

Clayton Properties Group Inc is the grantee on both instruments. Texas warranty deeds do not state a sale price, and the Travis County Clerk index carries no loan amount for either filing, so no dollar figure for either transaction is reported here.

What’s next

The next public records to watch are building permits tied to the same lots, which would confirm vertical construction is moving rather than the lots sitting banked. The permit record will also show which jurisdiction reviews construction on the Howard Lane lots. Elsewhere in the county, Terra Group Homes bought and financed a Vista West lot the same day.
