Bexar County’s Nov. 3, 2026 trustee sale list includes 49 notices naming entity borrowers, covering 43 addresses. Four list original loans above $10M, per the clerk’s notices.

Why it matters

The Bexar County Clerk has indexed 477 Notices of Trustee’s Sale for the Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026 sale date. Our count finds 49 name an entity as the borrower. The other 428 name individuals, whom we do not name.

Texas forecloses without a court, so the clerk notice is the public record. A notice is not a completed foreclosure. Owners can cure the default, refinance, or the lender can postpone the sale.

For a developer or capital partner watching San Antonio, the entity notices are the ones that hold apartments and commercial property. The 49 notices cover 43 distinct addresses.

The numbers

Four entity notices list an original loan above $10M. Each amount is the original loan amount listed on the notice, read from the recorded text and not confirmed against the instrument page.

  • 2502 Babcock Rd, 78240: $26,650,000. The notice names Residences at SA Med LLC as borrower and Arbor Realty SR, Inc. as original lender. Recorded Oct. 13, 2026.
  • 6919 N Loop 1604 W, 78249: $19,646,000. The notice names MC Oslo-San Antonio, LLC as grantor and Mountain West REIT, LLC as lender, with a deed of trust dated Oct. 6, 2021. Recorded Oct. 13, 2026.
  • 1000 Jackson Keller Rd, 78213: $12,670,000. Borrower is Jackson Keller 1000 LLC, a Delaware company. Recorded Oct. 12, 2026.
  • 3735 E Commerce St, 78219: $10,881,000. Borrower is Diamante Townhomes LLC, a New Jersey company. Recorded Oct. 12, 2026.

Together the four total $69.8M. Loan figures could be read on 23 of the 49 entity notices, and those 23 total $74.4M. The next largest is $942,840.

We counted each property once. A handful of entity notices fall outside the city, including Schertz and Converse, and are not counted as San Antonio assets here.

What’s next

The sales run on the first Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, at the Bexar County courthouse. Texas law sets the window at 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT, and each notice states its own start time.

Any of these properties can drop off the list before then if the borrower cures or the lender postpones. We will check the clerk index for withdrawn notices and substitute trustee’s deeds after the sale.

Texas deeds carry no price, so a recorded deed will not show what a buyer paid.
