Fort Worth has issued commercial remodel permit PB26-12816 for the Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Fossil Creek facility at 3400 Fossil Creek Blvd. The declared value is $20,902,878.53 for a Storage / Warehouse use, and the city lists the work as floor-mounted conveyor, electrical control cabinets and automatic storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).

Why it matters

This is a remodel of an existing building, not new construction, and the scope is equipment and controls. The permit does not describe any change to the shell. The owner of record is Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC, and the permit carries the Storage / Warehouse use on the same Fossil Creek lot. For electrical, controls and systems-integration contractors in Dallas-Fort Worth, that makes it a specialty-trade package rather than a general-contractor shell job.

The numbers

  • Declared value: $20,902,878.53, per the permit record.
  • Building size on the permit: 272,860 sq ft.
  • Our math: $20,902,878.53 divided by 272,860 sq ft is about $76.61 per sq ft.
  • Timing: filed Sept. 9, 2026, with status Issued as of the Oct. 6 wire pull, 27 days later. Counted to today, Oct. 7, it is 28 days since filing.
  • Legal description: Fossil Creek #1 Addition, Block 3, Lot 1, ZIP 76137.

The per-foot figure is declared permit value, not a verified contract price, and it mixes equipment with installation.

What’s next

The permit shows no contractor, equipment vendor or completion date, so those are the open questions. Watch for electrical and mechanical subcontract filings tied to the address and for follow-on permits at the same lot. More Fort Worth industrial permits are tracked on our Dallas market page.

Record: City of Fort Worth permit PB26-12816.
