Kyle's Dacy Business Park begins third phase, Community Impact says
Dacy Business Park in Kyle began four more buildings on Oct. 1, per Community Impact. A 2024 state filing covers civil work at the site.
Dacy Business Park in Kyle has started its third phase, adding four small-bay office and warehouse buildings at 3300 Dacy Lane, Community Impact reported on Oct. 13, 2026. The outlet says construction began Oct. 1, with completion expected in early 2027.
Why it matters
For electricians, HVAC and plumbing shops and other trades looking for small-bay space, this adds supply in Hays County. Community Impact says the first two phases are fully sold and leased, so phase three is the next chance to buy, lease or lease-to-own.
The park is in Kyle, not Austin. See our Austin market page for the wider small-bay picture, and our Kyle retail registrations story for other Kyle activity.
The numbers
Community Impact reports phase three adds buildings 1, 4, 8 and 12, totaling 43,050 sq ft. Building 1 is meant for businesses that want visibility from Dacy Lane. The outlet gave no prices and no suite count.
Our check of the state record: Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project TABS2024014848, “Dacy Lane Warehouses civil work,” lists an estimated cost of $8 million, a Mar. 27, 2024 start and a Dec. 21, 2024 completion. Its scope covers civil plans for three warehouse buildings, and it lists 31,500 sq ft. The owner on the registration is SLDM Commercial Properties. The filing predates phase three, so it does not confirm the phase three start.
What’s next
Completion is expected in early 2027, per Community Impact. We did not find a separate state registration for the phase three buildings, so the construction start rests on the outlet’s report. We will update this story if a city permit or new state filing turns up. If you are a contractor shopping for space, the sale, lease and lease-to-own options are the ones to ask the park about first.
