DB Data Center Plano LLC signed a 24-page deed of trust dated Oct. 20, 2026, and Collin County recorded it on Oct. 26, 2026 as instrument 2026000141729. The record names Wilmington Trust National Association as trustee and lists no loan amount.

This filing shows the Dallas-based data center operator adding debt on a Plano property it has held through the same LLC since at least 2017. For Dallas-Fort Worth lenders and contractors, a fresh deed of trust is often the first public sign of new capital on a site, before any permit or announcement.

Akard St. headquarters address. The collateral is 2 parcels in the WPLC Parkwood Dominion Addition in Plano, including Lot 2, Block A. The New York office of law firm Latham & Watkins requested the recording. No dollar figure appears in the instrument’s text.

The county record does not say whether the debt funds new construction, equipment or a refinancing.
