The permit lists the developer as Miami Off Center Associates and gives no individual, parent company or lender. Our searches for the entity and the address returned no prior press on a redevelopment plan, so we are not naming a principal.

The record is also internally mixed. County data classifies the use as retail with a “site plan” detail, yet it carries 208 units. We treat the unit count as what the permit says, not as a confirmed apartment program.
