$83.3MTop Miami trade
$57.0MDania warehouses
$11.5MCoral Springs land

These are the biggest South Florida trades that hit the county record. Miami-Dade deeds lag, so its latest recordings are dated Sept. 25 to 29, while Broward’s run through Oct. 6.

Why it matters

Industrial and retail dominate the top of the list, with one hotel in Wynwood. Recorded deeds show who actually closed, which is what listing chatter cannot tell you. For agents, the buyer names and per-square-foot figures are the comps.

What’s next

Miami-Dade will keep filling in October recordings over the coming days, and we will update the board as they post. Watch for more Doral and Medley industrial trades, where the late-September pace was heaviest. Track the full picture on the South Florida hub.
