Pulte Homes of Texas LP took title to nine residential lots in Montgomery County’s Chambers Creek subdivision from Chambers Telge LLC. The special warranty deed was recorded Oct. 15, 2026, as instrument 2026109703.

Why it matters

These are platted lots with lot and block numbers, not raw acreage. They sit in two separate blocks of the same section rather than one contiguous tract. For agents and competing builders, it gives Pulte nine lots it controls outright in Chambers Creek Section 13, ahead of any home permit. Texas deeds do not state a sale price, and no price was found in the record, so none is reported here.

The numbers

The six-page deed, GF# 26-899502-NJ-B, covers lots 10 through 13 of Block 3 and lots 1 through 5 of Block 4. Both blocks are in Section 13, Abstract 42, of Chambers Creek. That is nine lots. Chambers Telge LLC is the sole grantor, and Pulte Homes of Texas LP is the sole grantee. The clerk’s index lists no instrument date apart from the Oct. 15 recording date. The county indexes the transfer as three parcel entries, but the legal descriptions resolve to the nine lots above. That is four lots in Block 3 and five in Block 4.

What’s next

Because the lots are already platted, the next public record is a building permit or a utility district connection for these addresses. A sale to a homebuyer would follow as a separate recorded deed. The American Developer will track further Pulte lot takedowns in Chambers Creek alongside the rest of the Houston market.
