Four people were hospitalized with what officials described as minor injuries. a 47-year-old rig operator who jumped clear as it tipped, two construction workers ages 27 and 29 who were trapped inside a crushed construction box, and the driver of a white BMW SUV that caught fire when the rig landed on its hood.
