Wellington Lifestyle Partners (WLP) has opened sales at The Wellington, Wellington (Palm Beach County), a 400-acre private club community, with 49 finished estate homes priced from $10 million, according to its Sept. 10 press release. The homes range from four to eight bedrooms, each with a private pool and landscaped grounds, and are delivered turnkey.
Why it matters
The release describes 253 residences in total, designed by Workshop/APD, D. Stanley Dixon Architect and Geoffrey Mouen Architects, around an 18-hole golf course by David McLay Kidd. That makes it one of the larger ultra-luxury launches in the county, and the architect roster tells builders and brokers what the product will look like. WLP’s CEO, Douglas McMahon, calls the launch “a vision that has been years in the making.” For context on the village’s pipeline, see our coverage of Related Ross’s Village Landing land purchase.

The numbers
The release lists 49 estate homes in the first offering at The Wellington North, from $10 million, within 253 planned residences on 400 acres. Delivery of the first homes and club amenities is slated for late 2028. Amenities include a racquet campus with tennis, padel and pickleball, a wellness center, restaurants and a Purple Dragon children’s club. Across the street from the main gates, an 18-acre Marketplace is planned with a boutique hotel, shops and offices.
What’s next
A second phase, The Wellington South, would add a dedicated equestrian amenity, more estate homes, equestrian villas and farm lots, with a bridle path to the Wellington International Showgrounds. NEXUS Luxury Collection, a shareholder in WLP and backed by Tavistock Group, will manage the club. Buyers can inquire at thewellington.com.
