Clayton Properties Group and Brohn Homes named on Travis County deed

Clayton was also the buyer in the two deeds we reported on Oct. 20, 2026, covering lots in the Howard Lane and West Bella Fortuna subdivisions. The new instrument adds a second named builder, Brohn Homes, and different sellers. It does not tie to those earlier subdivisions on the record we saw.

The numbers

The index entry gives the legal description only as “see instrument,” so the clerk summary does not show a subdivision, lot count or acreage. We are not stating any of those. Texas deeds carry no price and the Travis index shows no loan amount, so the size of the deal is unknown to us and we do not estimate it.

The index flags both sides as business entities. We name none of their principals, and we have not matched the sellers to a project beyond what the instrument states.

What’s next

A deed of trust or plat filing tied to the same parties would show where the lots sit and how the purchase is financed. Subdivision plats and City of Austin or Travis County permit activity would then show timing for construction.
