Crescent Real Estate has registered a $17M, 55,000 sq ft office renovation at Crescent Tower in Fort Worth, with work planned to start Feb. 1, 2027. For contractors, the bid window sits ahead of that date.

The filing, registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) on Oct. 12, 2026, is titled “JPMC Fort Worth Crescent Tower.” The record lists the facility as Crescent Tower at 3327 W. 7th Street, Tarrant County, and names Crescent Real Estate as owner. It does not name a tenant.

Why it matters

The record gives subcontractors an early look at timing. Corgan is listed as the design firm. Contractors, MEP trades and furniture vendors have roughly three and a half months before the planned start.

The “JPMC” in the project name points to JPMorgan Chase. Bisnow and Crescent have reported the bank as anchor tenant of a new Crescent office building in Fort Worth. The TABS record does not itself say the two are the same project, so treat that link as context, not a confirmed match.

The numbers

  • Estimated cost: $17,000,000, privately funded, per the TABS record.
  • Size: 55,000 sq ft of open office space with break rooms and all-gender restrooms.
  • Type of work: renovation and alteration.
  • Planned start Feb. 1, 2027; planned completion Dec. 1, 2027.
  • Implied cost: about $309 per sq ft, our calculation from the two filed figures.

What’s next

A TABS registration is a plan, not a start. The filing sets expected dates and cost, and both can move as bids come in. Watch for a Fort Worth building permit and for the tenant to be named in the record. For other recent Dallas-Fort Worth filings, see our Plano apartment coverage and the Dallas-Fort Worth hub.
