Horton took 39 of the 76 lots platted in Aspen Estates East (Plat Book 179-1, Tract 25037) and 16 of the 24 lots platted in Aspen Estates West (Plat Book 178-95, Tract 24734), both zoned for single-family estate lots of 15,000 to 25,000 square feet. The land carries a prior use code of row-crop and sod farmland. Horton’s mailing address on the folios is its Coconut Creek, Florida office.
