Friendswood Development takes six Harris County deeds in four days

Friendswood Development Company took six warranty deeds in Harris County in four days, according to the Harris County Clerk’s real property index. Five were recorded Oct. 9, 2026 and one on Oct. 12, each naming Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction Ltd beside it as grantee. The clerk’s index shows no price on any of them.

Why it matters

Five of the six deeds list Essential Housing Asset Management LLC with a numbered TPG AG EHC or AG EHC II entity. The sixth is from Humble Joint Venture 1 LLC. The record does not say what the sellers do, so we do not characterize them.

All six rows also list Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction Ltd as grantee. That is the only affiliation we assert.

Each File Number is counted once. All six are W/D, five pages, with a distinct legal description. The index carries no amount and no city, so we state neither, and we did not join HCAD appraised values.

Search each File Number on the Harris County Clerk Real Property search page. The window is Oct. 9 to 12, 2026. We counted this one buyer only, so this is not a claim that it bought the most land.
