53 company-owned Harris County properties posted for Nov. 3 sales

Harris County Clerk records list 717 properties for the Nov. 3, 2026 first-Tuesday trustee sales, and 53 of them belong to companies, not individuals. That entity slice is the part Houston brokers, lenders and acquisition teams can underwrite before the sales open at 10 a.m. CT.

Why it matters

Texas forecloses without a lawsuit. A lender’s substitute trustee posts a notice with the County Clerk at least 21 days ahead, and the property sells on the courthouse steps on the first Tuesday of the month. The clerk notice is therefore the only public record, and it appears weeks before any price does.

For buyers hunting off-market assets, the company-owned rows are the working list. We leave individual homeowners out of this story and name only companies. Several rows sit outside the city limits: 14400 US-59 is in Humble and 23103 Clay Road is in Katy.

The numbers

Method: we counted every Harris County Clerk foreclosure notice carrying a Nov. 3, 2026 sale date, as posted through Oct. 12, 2026. We deduplicated by normalized property address and treated the wire’s entity flag as the entity test.

• 727 notices posted, 717 unique properties after deduplication.
• 53 unique properties owned by companies. The notices do not state use, and some company-owned rows carry single-family street addresses.
• 3 of those 53 join to a Harris Central Appraisal District (HCAD) account.

Selected company-owned rows are listed below. Loan figures on the notices are scan readings we could not confirm, so we do not publish them. The office tower at 1900 West Loop South gets its own story.

Goldke is the only entity row we can tie to a multifamily class. The Milton 4650 Westway Park Boulevard LLC notice (FRCL-2026-7586) has no address or appraisal join, so we do not characterize the asset. HCAD figures are appraised values, not sale prices.

What’s next

Sales run on Nov. 3, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT. Notices can still be withdrawn or postponed before then, so the 53 is a ceiling. We will recount against the clerk file ahead of the sale and report which entity properties drop off the list.
