GFO Home buys three lots at Grove at Blackhawk near Pflugerville

GFO Home has taken title to three residential lots in the Grove at Blackhawk subdivision near Pflugerville, according to a warranty deed recorded with the Travis County Clerk on Oct. 30.

The deed (instrument 2026128869) shows GABH LLC conveying Lots 30, 31 and 32 in Block N of Grove at Blackhawk to GFO Home LLC. Two days earlier, on Oct. 28, GFO Home LLC recorded a deed of trust in favor of Huntington National Bank (instrument 2026127727). The clerk index lists that instrument’s legal description only as “see instrument,” so the record we read does not show which property secures it. Neither record states a dollar figure. Texas deeds carry no price, and the clerk index carries no loan amount.

Why it matters

For builders and land sellers in northeast Travis County, the deed is a fresh lot takedown by GFO Home in Grove at Blackhawk. Small lot purchases like this one show which builders are still adding inventory in the Pflugerville submarket heading into 2027. The Huntington National Bank filing in the same week also puts a named lender on record with the builder.

The numbers

The three lots carry a combined Travis Central Appraisal District market value of $270,240 for 2026, across 0.43 acres, under TCAD property IDs 1012843, 1012844 and 1012845. That is the district’s appraised value, not a sale price. The deed of trust carries no amount in the clerk index.
