106-unit Dallas apartment property faces Nov. 3 trustee sale
The notice went on record Oct. 12, leaving 22 days before the sale on a 4-acre Dallas apartment tract.
A 106-unit apartment property at 2600 Highland Rd in Dallas is scheduled for a trustee sale on Nov. 3, according to a notice the Dallas County Clerk recorded Oct. 12. The Dallas Central Appraisal District puts its 2026 market value at $8,850,000.
For buyers and brokers, that puts a 106-unit Dallas property on the Nov. 3 courthouse list. Texas forecloses through the deed of trust with no lawsuit, so the trustee sale is where ownership can change.
Why it matters
An acquisitions team tracking Dallas value-add deals has three weeks to pull the notice and the appraisal record and decide whether to underwrite the property before Nov. 3. The sale is pending: nothing has sold, and a notice can be cancelled or postponed before the sale date.
The county record shows three co-owners rather than one: an entity listed as Legacy Lofts Sole LLC at 33%, Robinson TX LLC at 33% and HIG REF2 TX4 LLC at 34%. That split matters to anyone sizing up who has to be paid or bought out.
The numbers
The appraisal district lists the property as brick-exterior apartments, 96,300 sq ft over two stories, built in 1965 on 4.065 acres. Its 2026 market value of $8,850,000 splits into about $7.79M for improvements and $1.06M for land. That works out to roughly $83,500 per unit.
We could not verify a loan balance against a recorded deed of trust, so we are not publishing one. A buyer should read the notice and the original deed of trust directly before relying on any debt figure.
The county value is a tax appraisal, not a bid price, and it often differs from what a foreclosure buyer pays.
What’s next
The trustee sale is set for Nov. 3, 22 days after the notice was recorded. Texas trustee sales are held at the county’s designated courthouse location on the first Tuesday of the month. We will update this story if the record shows a postponement, a cancellation or a sale result.
More Dallas-Fort Worth foreclosure context sits in Dallas coverage and in our October first-Tuesday count.
