Ladera Living takes Tavolo Park land, records Southside Bank loan
A deed and a $5,000,000 Southside Bank deed of trust, both recorded Sept. 23 in Tarrant County, show Ladera Living adding Tavolo Park land with bank debt.
Ladera Living took title to land in Tavolo Park in Tarrant County on Sept. 23. The same afternoon it recorded a $5,000,000 deed of trust to Southside Bank on Tavolo Park property.
Why it matters
A deed and a bank lien filed together show how a builder funds its lot pipeline, and which lender is behind it. For Tarrant lot sellers and lenders, Southside Bank is now on record backing this builder.
The Tarrant County Clerk recorded the deed at 2:45 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2026. It conveys Tavolo Park, Block 19, Lot 1 (two parcels) from TP Ladera LLC to Ladera Living LLC. The instrument is dated Sept. 22.
The deed of trust was recorded in the same batch. Ladera Living LLC is the borrower and Southside Bank is the lender.
The Comptroller lists Ladera Living LLC as a franchise taxpayer with a mailing ZIP of 76262. The property-owning entity is named TP Ladera LLC in the record. We name the operating builder here, not the single-purpose seller.

The numbers
Texas deeds carry no sale price, so the deed itself shows no purchase amount. The size of the deal has to come from the loan.
The recorded deed of trust secures a note with a principal amount of $5,000,000, written in both words and figures on the instrument. Its collateral is described as Tavolo Park Condominiums, Lot 125.
- Deed: instrument D226185906, 2 parcels, instrument date Sept. 22, recorded Sept. 23.
- Deed of trust: instrument D226185907, 6 pages, recorded Sept. 23.
- Loan principal: $5,000,000. No price is recorded for the lots.
The $5,000,000 loan may secure more than the deed’s two parcels. The deed of trust describes a different legal description from the deed, so the loan should not be read as the price of Block 19, Lot 1.
What’s next
Other deeds from Ladera-named LLCs have also surfaced in Tarrant and Collin counties since late September, each paired with a bank lien. We are tracking those instruments separately, and will report any we can confirm against the clerk record.
Watch for a plat or building permit on Block 19 to show what Ladera Living plans to build. More on the region is in our Dallas-Fort Worth coverage.
