Lennar took title to 14 more Bexar County lots in three deeds recorded Oct. 12, 2026. TPG AG EHC entities are the grantors on all three.

Why it matters

The first batch, Oct. 7-9, ran in our earlier report on Lennar’s lot deeds. The Oct. 12 deeds are a second wave from the same family of sellers, and they land in three different subdivisions.

Deed 20260199684 conveys Torian Village #3 lots 24 through 29 and lot 31, seven lots in block 9 (Bexar deed). Deed 20260199739 conveys Fischer Gardens #1 lots 3 through 6 (Bexar deed). Deed 20260199835 conveys Somerset Meadows West lots 28, 46 and 47 (Bexar deed).

The deeds are dated Oct. 6 and Oct. 8 and were recorded Oct. 12, so the clerk lag was four to six days. Builders and lot sellers should read recorded takedowns as a trailing signal.

For a trade contractor, groups of three to seven lots across three subdivisions point to scattered starts, not one large section. We have no permit data yet to say when vertical work begins.

The numbers

Our count of the Bexar clerk index shows six deeds from AG EHC-named grantors into Lennar across Oct. 9 and Oct. 12. They cover 30 lots: 10 in Tres Laurels #1A, 5 in Rosillo Ranch, 1 in Valle Sol #1 and the 14 above.

Several grantor names on each instrument, such as TPG AG EHC III MULTI STATE 5 LLC paired with TPG AG EHC III LEN MULTI STATE 5 LLC, appear together on one deed. The record does not say what arrangement links the entities to Lennar, and we do not infer one.

Texas deeds carry no sale price. The lot counts come from the legal description in the clerk index and were not checked lot by lot against the plat.

What’s next

Watch the Bexar clerk for further AG EHC deeds into Lennar. The two batches arrived within a week.

Permit filings on these lots would show when Lennar starts building. More on the market is on the San Antonio page.
