Pulte Homes of Texas L.P. is the grantee on a Travis County warranty deed recorded Nov. 3, 2026, in which two Arroyo Capital entities convey lots in the Murchison Tract to the homebuilder.

This is a separate instrument in a separate market from Pulte’s nine-lot purchase in Montgomery County, reported Oct. 21 in the Houston metro. This one adds a Travis County record of where the builder is taking lots.
