South Florida's biggest deeds dated Sept. 23 to 30: Airpark Plaza at $83.3M, a $48.6M Doral industrial sale and a $44.3M Wynwood hotel.
The largest South Florida deeds in our land wire, with sale dates from Sept. 23 to Sept. 30, were led by Airpark Plaza at 5705 NW 7 St in Miami for $83.25 million, a $48.6 million industrial sale at 8841 NW 23 St in Doral and a $44.3 million hotel at 2217 NW Miami Ct in Wynwood.
Why it matters
Industrial and retail dominate the top of the list, not condos. Eight of the top eleven deeds are warehouse, light-manufacturing or retail assets, which is where agents with investor clients should expect repeat trades and fresh comps.

Buyers appear as recorded LLC names; we do not attribute them to a parent firm without confirmation. The repeated Bprep and Lrf4 names across four Doral and Medley deeds suggest a single portfolio moving in one batch, but the records alone do not say so.
