TBK Bank sets Nov. 3 trustee sale of Westway Park Boulevard tract
The notice names the lender, the 2022 note and a 2024 amendment, details our morning count left open.
A lender has told Harris County it will sell the collateral behind 4650 Westway Park Boulevard at auction on Nov. 3, 2026. The lender is TBK Bank, SSB, and the loan dates to a Mar. 30, 2022 note.
TBK Bank, SSB filed the Notice of Substitute Trustee’s Sale on Oct. 12, 2026 (FRCL-2026-7586). This follows our morning count of Nov. 3 Harris trustee sales, which listed this notice but did not describe the asset.
Why it matters
The notice answers what we could not say this morning. The borrower is a single-asset limited liability company, and the collateral is land, improvements and personal property pledged under a deed of trust. The legal description in Exhibit A places the land on the east side of Westway Park Boulevard in the Westway Park subdivision, in Harris County. It lists Westway Park Sec. 1 and Sec. 2 reserves, and the notice does not say what the buildings are used for.
The loan history is also different from what our early lead sheet suggested. The note is dated Mar. 30, 2022. RP-2024-166553 is a first amendment to the original deed of trust (RP-2022-173752), dated Mar. 30, 2024. So the 2024 filing is a change to a 2022 loan, not a new 2024 loan.
The Texas Comptroller record for the borrower shows an LLC formed in Texas in 2022 with a New York mailing address and a Dallas registered agent. It names no operating brand, so we describe the owner only as a single-asset LLC. We could not find a Harris Central Appraisal District account for the address in this edition’s window, so we do not publish an appraised value.

What’s next
The notice lets the lender postpone, withdraw or reschedule, and any new date would be refiled. A sale would be followed by a Substitute Trustee’s Deed.
