Berkshire's Q2 13F shows a 29.8% jump in its Lennar Class A stake, to 13.1M shares worth $1.19B, pushing the combined position to about $1.2 billion.

Berkshire just became a top-four homebuilder. For anyone selling land to builders, the buyer list got shorter and the balance sheet across the table got much larger.
