Miami's City Commission cleared the way for a submerged-land lease at 1809 Brickell Ave, the first of several approvals a private marina there still needs.

The loan follows Integra's $73 million purchase of the Huizenga family's West Palm Beach marina last month and carries entitlements for four condo towers.

Integra Investments and North Miami's CRA start preleasing the 342-unit Lakeview at Nomi, with 34 units set aside at 60-80% AMI.
