Entities tied to Bluejack National, the golf club and residential community in Montgomery, Texas, recorded more than a dozen deeds of trust with the Montgomery County Clerk on Oct. 2, 2026. The grantors include the club, real estate, custom homes, member suites and lake villas companies.

The deeds we opened name Fortress Credit Corp. as agent. They look like pieces of one credit facility, not separate loans, and we count it once. Bluejack National is the Montgomery County community, not Bluejack Ranch in Aledo.

Why it matters

The Member Suites deed cites a Credit Agreement dated Oct. 1, 2026. If the other deeds secure the same agreement, the club, the real estate company and the homebuilding arm are pledged together; that reading is ours. The index lists only a trustee and an agent as grantees, so the lender is not shown on the index itself. We read page 1 of the PDFs to find who the agent is.

On the Member Suites deed (2026105963) and the Custom Homes deed (2026105946), the grantees are a trustee and “Fortress Credit Corp Agent.” On the Club Holdings deed (2026106047), the grantees are a trustee and “W Birdie Holdings LLC Agent,” and its first page says it is subject to a subordination and intercreditor agreement in favor of Fortress Credit Corp. as senior agent. That reading is ours: it points to a senior and a junior layer, though the record does not describe the terms.

On Oct. 8, 2026, Bluejack National Club Holdings LLC also recorded a general warranty deed (2026107722) on lots in Bluejack National Phase 1B. The grantee is a family living trust, not a lender, and the deed carries no price. The index does not say why the transfer happened.

This sits alongside other north-county builder activity we have tracked, such as Montgomery County builder lot deeds.

The numbers

Item Detail Record
Deed of trust rows recorded Oct. 2, 2026 16 Bluejack-linked rows in our index pull; three opened 2026105963 and others
Credit Agreement date Oct. 1, 2026 2026105963
Agent on senior deeds opened Fortress Credit Corp. 2026105946
Agent on Club Holdings deed W Birdie Holdings LLC, subject to Fortress intercreditor agreement 2026106047
Maximum principal text (OCR-read, unverified) $150,000,000, under the Credit Agreement; reads as a facility cap, not a loan sized to this collateral 2026105963
Oct. 8, 2026 deed Club Holdings to a living trust, no price 2026107722

The $150,000,000 figure comes from OCR text and is not verified. We do not add it across the deeds, and it is not a loan amount for any one property.

What’s next

We have not opened every instrument, so the grantee and amount on the other deeds are unconfirmed. Releases or partial releases of lien would show up in the Montgomery County index as the facility is drawn on or paid down. For more north-county filings, see Houston.
