Collin County’s clerk lists 85 trustee-sale notices for Nov. 3, 2026, up from the 79 we counted a day earlier. Fifty-one carry a street address and all 51 are single-family homes. Frisco has 8, Princeton 7, Plano 6 and McKinney 6, and 9 sit in unincorporated areas.

Why it matters

For agents and investors working the Frisco, Prosper and Celina growth corridor, this is the early look at which homes may reach the courthouse steps in four weeks. A posted notice is not a completed sale. Many are canceled, reinstated or paid off before the first Tuesday, so treat the list as a pipeline of possibilities, not inventory.

Texas has no foreclosure lawsuit. The public record is the Notice of Substitute Trustee’s Sale, which the county posts on this list, so the first signal arrives weeks ahead of the sale.

The numbers

We counted each property once. The county list includes 34 placeholder entries that read “FILED [date] - NOVEMBER SALE” with only a city name and no street address. We left them out of the by-city counts below.

  • Unincorporated Collin County: 9
  • Frisco: 8
  • Princeton: 7
  • Plano: 6
  • McKinney: 6
  • Anna: 3
  • Celina: 3
  • Allen: 2
  • Prosper: 2
  • Wylie: 2
  • Fairview, Melissa and one Dallas address: 1 each

None of the 51 is flagged commercial. Thirteen of them were filed Oct. 1 or later. Another 35 notices are already posted for the Dec. 1 sale.

What’s next

The sale is Nov. 3, 2026, and the list will keep changing until then. Our Oct. 6 First Tuesday count covered the October sale. We will report how many November notices go to sale, using the recorded deeds. More on the region is on the Dallas market page.
