Hampton Manor of Crowley, an assisted living facility, faces a Nov. 3 trustee sale on its 5.131-acre site in Crowley. A Tarrant County Clerk notice recorded Oct. 13 sets the sale, naming Hampton Manor Of Crowley LLC as borrower alongside Crowley’s Senior Living LLC. The tract sits in the David A. Kerr Survey, Abstract No. 911.

Why it matters

Texas has no foreclosure lawsuit. The posted notice is the primary record, and it is the early warning that a lender can take the property back at the courthouse if the debt is not cured first. A senior living operator losing its site at a first-Tuesday sale would hand over a licensed, built facility, not raw land.

A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing registered the project at 66,592 sq ft with an estimated $7 million construction cost and a Dec. 15, 2022 completion date, so the notice targets a project registered as a finished building, not an entitlement still on paper.
