H-E-B has registered a $45.6 million new grocery store at 6600 Oakmont Blvd. in southwest Fort Worth, a state licensing filing shows. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation record lists the store at 122,374 square feet.

The TDLR TABS registration names the project H-E-B Grocery Store #836 and lists it as new construction covering the shell and interior. HEB LP, the San Antonio-based grocer, is the owner of record. The filing describes the project as privately funded on private land, with no tenant paying for the work.
