Lennar took title to 15 lots across five Bexar County subdivisions on a single day, Oct. 16, 2026, through six deeds from five seller entities, county clerk records show.

Why it matters

Texas deeds carry no sale price, so the count is the story. One builder closing with five land-banking and homebuilding-finance sellers on the same day, across five subdivisions, is a lot pipeline being filled on a schedule. It follows two earlier rounds of Lennar lot deeds in Bexar this month. For builders and brokers, it shows where Lennar is restocking lot inventory now, ahead of visible product on the ground.

The numbers

All six deeds were recorded Oct. 16, 2026. TPG AG EHC III Len Multi State 2 LLC, with affiliates TPG AG EHC III Multi State 2 LLC and Essential Housing Asset Management LLC, conveyed 4 lots in Smiley Tract #3 & 4 (instrument 20260203482). OHC Lennar Pool I LLC conveyed 2 lots in Blossom Ranch #1A (20260203421). Talley Extension Revitalization Initiative LLC conveyed 3 lots across Morgan Meadows #3B and #3C in two deeds (20260203697 and 20260203657). Medina Revitalization Initiative LLC conveyed 2 lots in West Ridge #3 (20260203709). DRP Bookbinder Multistate LLC conveyed 4 lots in Sapphire Grove (20260203393). None of the six deeds discloses a sale price or a loan amount.

What’s next

Three Lennar-owned subdivision plats are on the Bexar County Commissioners Court agenda for Oct. 27, 2026, all in San Antonio’s extraterritorial jurisdiction and Precinct 4: Espada Tract Unit 5 & 6 (plat #25-11800162, item 26), Rose Valley Phase 3B (plat #22-11800751, item 27) and Northlake Phase 4 (plat #25-11800089, item 28). The court is asked to approve all three; none has been voted on yet. None of the three plats is in the five subdivisions in the Oct. 16 deed batch, so Lennar’s platting and buying are running on separate tracts.
