Miami-Dade County permit records show a $154.3 million construction value tied to an electrical sub-permit filed at 6 Fisher Island Drive, the site of Related Group’s Six Fisher Island condo tower, with the owner of record listed as PRH Parcel 7 Owner LLC. Florida corporate filings show Related Group co-founder Jorge M. Perez and Related Group CEO Jon Paul Perez both listed as vice presidents of that LLC, at Related Group’s own 2850 Tigertail Avenue headquarters, a direct paper trail from the filing to the developer.

Why it matters

This is the first county record to put a hard dollar figure on Related Group’s ownership stake at Six Fisher Island since cranes came down on the project in August. It confirms that a named, trackable developer, not just a licensed brand, sits behind the ownership entity building on Fisher Island’s last developable parcel. For contractors and suppliers watching Miami, the filing signals the trade buildout, electrical work included, is active and valued at the same scale as the vertical construction itself.

The numbers

Permit 2026068791, a professional-certification inspection for electrical work, carries a stated construction value of $154,300,000 and was issued September 1, 2026. It runs under master permit 2024067740, which governs the 50-unit, 12-story tower at 6 Fisher Island Drive, totaling 584,671 square feet. Two earlier sub-permits under the same master, filed August 27, carried the identical $154.3 million figure, an amount that reflects the total project value rather than the electrical scope alone. The owner of record on all three filings is PRH Parcel 7 Owner LLC.

What’s next

Six Fisher Island is more than half sold, with over $500 million in recorded contracts on its 50 residences, and Related Group and its partners are targeting a late 2026 or 2027 delivery. The next filing to watch is a certificate of occupancy against master permit 2024067740, the milestone that will confirm the tower is cleared to start closing on its remaining units.
