112 Travis County trustee-sale notices set for Nov. 3

Travis County Clerk records show 112 Notices of Trustee’s Sale set for Nov. 3, 2026. Twenty-six name a company as owner, including a Lake Travis tract and three builder lots.

Why it matters

Most Texas foreclosures do not go through the courts. A lender’s trustee posts a Notice of Trustee’s Sale with the Travis County Clerk, and the property sells on the first Tuesday of the month. The next one is Nov. 3, 2026.

Most of the 112 notices are household mortgages, and we name no homeowners. The other 26 name a company as owner. That is the part a land buyer, builder or lender should read, because those cover builder lots and a commercial tract.

The numbers

Our count comes from the Travis County Clerk index as of Oct. 13, 2026. We keep notices dated Nov. 3, 2026 and count each property once, by borrower plus legal description.

• 112 notices, 111 distinct properties. Alpha Nu House Corporation’s two notices (instruments 202641366 and 202641367) describe the same lots.
• 26 notices name an entity as borrower: 25 properties, 23 entities.
• Highland Lakes Marina Lake Travis LLC (instrument 202641339) is posted on parts of two Robert Foster surveys plus lots in Lake Travis Subdivision No. 1. No lender is listed in the index.
• Black Dot Builders LLC has three notices (202641342, 202641343, 202641344) on three lots. The lender is the Wilmington Trust, FMJM RWL VI Trust 2021-1 group, which appears on four notices in the set.
• EDGC Ruth LLC (202641346), EDG Capital LLC (202641345), Capitex Homes LLC (202641391), Ark Homes 201 LLC (202641379) and Velo Flats LLC (202641369) are also on the list.
• Among servicers on household notices, Lakeview Loan Servicing leads with 7, then NewRez and PennyMac Loan Services with 5 each. Sixteen notices show no lender in the index.

The clerk record gives no loan amount or price, so we report none. A notice means a sale is posted. It does not mean the property sells; many are cancelled or postponed before sale day.

Texas trustee sales run between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. CT on the sale day, at the place the county designates. Check each notice for the exact location before you plan to bid.
