Pinnacle's Tropical Crossings, an 8-story, 110-unit senior rental at 25001 SW 137th Ave in Naranja, drew a Miami-Dade new-construction permit on Sept. 17.

Pinnacle and Ram Realty Advisors topped off the 334-unit Aventana in Aventura, an $88.3 million Santander-financed tower steps from Brightline.

County permit records put the topping-out pace at roughly 10 months from permit to structural completion on an 8-story affordable build.
