Celiz Homes LLC faces three more Harris County trustee sales on Dec. 1, 2026, under notices filed Oct. 22. That brings the builder’s lots on the Dec. 1 docket to four, counting the Cheateus on Mansfield Street lot reported Nov. 1.

Why it matters

All three notices name Celiz Homes LLC, an entity, not an individual homeowner. One lot sits in the same Cheateus on Mansfield Street subdivision as the lot reported Nov. 1, and its notice cites the same deed of trust. The other two are on Beall Street in a separate subdivision, Elysium at West Montgomery. Four lots across two platted subdivisions points to a builder working through financed inventory, not one stalled house. For investors working Harris County’s first-Tuesday sales, the Dec. 1 date gives a month to pull title on all four parcels.

The numbers

  • Lot 7, Block 1, Cheateus on Mansfield Street: notice FRCL-2026-7973, filed Oct. 22, deed of trust instrument RP-2023-304925, the same instrument as the Lot 1 sale
  • 6030 Beall St., Lot 2, Block 1, Elysium at West Montgomery: notice FRCL-2026-7984, filed Oct. 22, HCAD account 1445280010002, appraised at $308,794 for 2026
  • 6032 Beall St.: notice FRCL-2026-7985, filed Oct. 22, HCAD account 1445280010001, appraised at $308,791 for 2026
  • Original loan amounts are on file in the notices with the Harris County Clerk

What’s next

Any of the four sales can still be postponed or canceled by a payoff before Dec. 1. If the sales proceed, the result lands in the clerk’s index as a substitute trustee’s deed naming the buyer and price, whether a third party or the lender on a credit bid. More of the county’s distress pipeline, including the first Cheateus lot, is on our Houston page.

On the record

FRCL-2026-7973, filed Oct. 22, 2026, sets a Dec. 1 sale on Lot 7, Block 1, Cheateus on Mansfield Street under deed of trust instrument RP-2023-304925, the same instrument behind the Lot 1 sale reported Nov. 1
