SDP Auto Care Katy site among three Nov. 3 Harris trustee sales

Three Harris County entities, led by SDP Auto Care LLC at 23103 Clay Road in Katy, have Notices of (Substitute) Trustee’s Sale on file for the Nov. 3, 2026 first-Tuesday auction. The other two are Fairdale Lane Owner LP, at 6220 Fairdale Lane near the Galleria, and Northchase Holdings, LLC.

Why it matters

Texas has no foreclosure lawsuit. A lender posts a Notice of (Substitute) Trustee’s Sale with the county clerk at least 21 days before a first-Tuesday sale, and that notice is the primary record. All three borrowers are entities, not homeowners, so these are commercial properties. For an investor or developer, the notice is the early window to approach a lender or owner before the courthouse sale.

The numbers

SDP Auto Care LLC’s property at 23103 Clay Road, Katy, Texas 77493 is posted under notice FRCL-2026-7523, filed Oct. 9, 2026, and again under FRCL-2026-7718, filed Oct. 13. The notices cite an original loan of $2,501,000 secured by deed of trust RP-2019-535960. HCAD appraises the parcel (account 1402470010004) at $2,734,586 for 2026, an appraised value, not a sale price.

Fairdale Lane Owner LP’s property at 6220 Fairdale Lane, Houston, Texas 77057, in the Uptown/Galleria area, is posted under notice FRCL-2026-7666, filed Oct. 13, 2026, citing deed of trust RP-2022-445548. The notice does not state a loan amount. HCAD appraises the parcel (account 0690430000072) at $10,112,877 for 2026.

Northchase Holdings, LLC is posted under notice FRCL-2026-7672, filed Oct. 13, 2026, citing an original loan of $5.8 million. The notice lists no street address. An HCAD account under the same owner name (1151400000001) is appraised at $3,497,077 for 2026.

What’s next

A posting is an early-warning record, not an outcome. Any of the three sales can still be withdrawn, postponed to a later first Tuesday or paid off before Nov. 3. Oct. 13 was the last day to post for this sale, so the Nov. 3 Harris docket is now set. On sale day, a credit bid or a third-party buyer, not the notice, sets the price.
