Lennar takes an Artavia lot from its master developer

Lennar Homes of Texas took title to a lot in Artavia, the Conroe master-planned community in Montgomery County, under a special warranty deed recorded Oct. 15, 2026, Montgomery County Clerk records show. The deed, instrument 2026109949, names Artavia Development Company as grantor and three Lennar-affiliated entities, Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction Ltd, U S Home LLC and U S Home Corporation, as grantees for Lot 20, Block 2, Section 28.

Why it matters

Artavia’s master developer has been deeding finished lots to homebuilders through the fall. Our Oct. 13 count of Montgomery County builder-entity deeds recorded Sept. 29 to Oct. 8 found Weekley Homes taking four deeds in the community, including Artavia Section 29 and Section 40, and Westin Homes taking one in Artavia Section 43. This Oct. 15 deed adds Lennar to that roster for Section 28, a section not captured in the earlier window.
