Harris County Clerk records now show 840 foreclosure notices with a Nov. 3, 2026 sale date. 82 of those notices name a company as owner, and they cover 66 distinct properties. That is about one notice in 10 on the first-Tuesday list for Houston.

Why it matters

Company-owned notices are the slice a lender, broker or acquisition team can underwrite. They are more likely to be commercial or investment property than a homestead.

The list is still growing. Notices must post at least 21 days before a sale, so filings through Oct. 13 land inside the window for Nov. 3.

The numbers

We counted every clerk notice carrying a Nov. 3, 2026 sale date and read the entity flag on each one.

  • 840 notices, resolving to 824 distinct addresses once repeat notices for one property are merged.
  • 82 notices flagged as entity-owned. Matched by address, they resolve to 66 distinct properties, with each notice that lists no address counted on its own.
  • 15 of the 82 were filed Oct. 13.
  • Filings on four recent days: 51 on Oct. 8, 15 on Oct. 9, 79 on Oct. 12 and 113 on Oct. 13.

Our Oct. 13 story counted 53 entity-owned properties through Oct. 12. That figure used a different counting method, so the two numbers are not comparable and we do not read the gap as growth.

Examples from the new filings include Northchase Holdings, LLC (FRCL-2026-7672), Green’s Concrete Contractors, Inc. (FRCL-2026-7673, 611 Cravens Street, Houston) and Fairdale Lane Owner, LP (FRCL-2026-7666, 6220 Fairdale Lane, Houston). We name only companies and leave individual homeowners off the list.

What’s next

A notice is a scheduled sale, not a completed one. Owners can cure, withdraw or postpone before Nov. 3, 2026, so these counts are a ceiling.

We will recount against the clerk file ahead of the sale and report which company-owned properties drop off. Two earlier notices have their own coverage: 1900 West Loop South and Westway Park Boulevard.
